The Komani Lake Ferry Albania's Most Beautiful Ferry Ride Omnivagant

The Lake Komani ferry is a daily ferry between the towns of Koman and Fierze in the north of Albania. It's located in the Albanian Alps and is one of the most beautiful ferry rides you'll ever witness. It's a 2.5 hour journey and the ferry runs once a day (Koman to Fierze, and back to Koman). It's operated by the company called Berisha.

In the North of Albania you can find the beautiful Komani Lake, a lake that was formed back in the 1970 when two dams were placed, one in Koman and one in Fierze. Lake Koman ferry There are a few companies operating the Lake Koman ferry. I used Berisha ferry as that was the first result in google and their schedule worked for me. They operate between mid-April and early November (in 2022 it's April 9th and November 2nd).

How To Take The Komani Lake Ferry from Koman to Fierza

The Komani Lake car ferry runs daily between April and October. The best time to visit the Komani Lake is in the pleasant but more quiet months May, June and September. In the peak season July & August the ferry will be packed and obviously less enjoyable.
