If you dont want to delete the files, you can make a new folder in your main Black Ops folder, and drag the d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll files to it. Im pretty sure just doing that will disable the mod completely. To re enable the mod just put the files back. But if you're REALLY worried about it, delete all the mod files and install when you want to.
